Club Houses

Lessees and their immediate families have full access to one of the two club houses and full use of all common facilities. There are two spacious club houses on premises -- the South clubhouse services slips 1 through 16 and the North clubhouse services slips 17 through 28. Both club houses include a living room, eat-in kitchen and bath/shower facilities. Storage space is available in both the kitchens and the baths, eliminating the need to cart your belongings back and forth. The kitchen in both club houses are well stocked with dinnerware, utensils, and pots & pans for community use.

Both clubhouses are locked when not in use and lessees are provided keys so that they may come and go as they please. See the Rules & Regulations listed below for any restrictions regarding use of the clubhouses and other facilities.

Private Parties

The club houses and grounds are available to lessees for small private parties with advanced notice/permission. The dock-side deck, grill, and lawn provide a wonderful space for a special celebration.

Summerplace Moorings offers off-season, outdoor storage of your boat. Please contact us to discuss the details of these arrangements.
